Work Order Authorization Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By signing or electronically authorizing the Work Order, the client ("Customer") agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a binding agreement between Touch N Go Aeroworks ("Company") and the Customer.
2. Scope of Work
The services to be provided by the Company will be detailed in the approved Work Order. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will require a revised Work Order or written agreement and may incur additional charges.
3. Authorization to Proceed
The Customer’s signature or electronic authorization signifies approval of the Work Order, granting the Company permission to begin the agreed-upon work.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit of [Insert Percentage] may be required before work commences.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise specified in the Work Order.

8. Warranties and Liability
- The Company warrants that the work performed will meet industry standards.
- The Company is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damages caused by third parties, or issues arising from improper use or maintenance post-service.
9. Termination of Agreement
The Customer may cancel the Work Order prior to commencement. Cancellations after work has begun will be subject to charges for completed work and materials procured.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the Work Order or these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.
11. Governing Law
